Full renewal instructions will be sent to all current tenants very shortly with the option to pay fully or in 2 instalments. Date for payments will be 16th December 2023 and 16th June 2024.
Once the renewals are complete we will then be able to get in touch with anyone on the waiting list to update them on any availability.
Anyone wanting to go onto the current waiting list please do complete and return the attached application form.

Mr David Stevens retires as one of our Trustees
David has been serving as a Trustee since 2004 and due to ill health has very sadly resigned from West Looe Town Trust.
A true Cornishman who has been a great help to everyone at the Trust.

Newly painted benches
Marc Lipscombe and George have been contracted to paint the 6 benches along West Looe Bridge Quayside - they look great and I am sure the public will enjoy sitting on them enjoying the lovely view towards the sea.

Student Grants - applications now closed for 2023/24
Grants have been reviewed by the Board and applicants will be notified by email before 1st September 2023.
Please remember you can re-apply for September 2024 so please keep an eye on our website for updates next year.
Please also note that the Board have decided to extend the applications to 4 years moving forward.
This year the grant has been awarded to 1st Looe Sea Scout's.
The Board is really looking forward to working with the local volunteers who run this Group to get things in place to make a better area for the young children involved.
Please remember this is a yearly grant and will be open for new applications in January 2024.
West Looe Town Trust are pleased to sponsor West Looe Stage Music event again this year.
Free Entry to everyone and being run over the weekend of 15th - 17th September 2023.
The event is being run by Route 2 Events (Mr Mark Wilson) and The Jolly Sailor Inn (Zoe & Gary Seymour).

Looe Society Day
West Looe Town Trust were delighted to be part of the Looe Society Day arranged by Looe Development Trust at the Millpool Centre on Saturday 4th March 2023.
Most clubs and organisations came along and it was really great for the people of Looe to see what is on offer in our Town.
Our Trustee - Mr Jimmy Dingle represented us at the event and I think he enjoyed himself.
